The narrowing of East North Street made possible by the stimulus funds is an absolute shame making it only two-lane from four-lane. Most of the stimulus money spent in this area has gone into the pocket of-Ashmore Brothers Paving with very little reaching the unemployed in the "trickle-down" system so popular with the Republican Party. They know that most of it stays with the capitalistic corporations and not spent on the working man who needs a job. Most of it is false hope like aid to Haiti via the Red Cross that never gets there. They are getting their extension of federal unemployment benefits without a single extra vote, even having to import a West Virginia Byrd replacement. when it does run out in November again for 20 million Americans all hell will break loose. If they can print money to fight wars then let them print money to pay the unemployed which is a better cause. After all its only artificial debt from the foreign secret of 1913 of the Rothschild banking carpetbaggers in conjunction with the Illuminati of 1776 with their all seeing eye and the Fed has it coming from their crimes against America. The federal debt at 13 trillion the only amount admitted to can never be paid. I am looking forward to that big illuminati f*e*d R*e*s bust like Alvin Greene winning 60pc demo vote for senate. The article in The Washington Post on Sunday knocked the props out from under the intelligence program brought on by the Cheney Bush gang of thieves and robbers. The 50,000 intelligence reports made annually and some by goofy 2 by 4 contractors is a classic case of spreading the wealth to the inside barbarians. Intelligence means spying. They're making us a bicycle lane on East North Street which means maybe people now must ride bicycles because there are no bicycles riding in this area. Maybe cars are out. Imagine following the city bus out a single street now with traffic backed up to Main Street because nobody can pass the bus. a few years earlier North Main Street defeated their efforts to do this by voting it down but I did not hear of this one being voted on. If we cannot go forward then we go backwards which is also considered success with the city state and federal whose heads are screwed on backwards anyway in normal time. They say Tony Trout had the dead wood on county corruption but he got canned which will teach him to not fight city hall when it comes to money. He was a county Councilman. Most of the wasteful foolish spending comes through the same sources that are digging up perfectly good highways and repaving them all brand new like they did I-385 in one county. We need sidewalks on almost every street around here but that is not what the contractor-Ashmore provides, they can spend a lot more money by repaving highways. A nation that waste this way will not be in business for very long all history has to say.
